After a 2 hour ordeal getting through Jamaican Customs and Immigration, we arrived at the Best Jamaica desk. We were kindly greeted and paid our fare. They took our suitcases out to the waiting van. Our child seat we requested was in the van already, so that was a positive. We were driven off the airport where they switched drivers (didn't understand that, but no big deal in the end.) This is the second time my family used Best Jamaica for airport transfers. The drivers are on time, they are nice, and they provide some information about the surroundings as you travel. The best thing I can say about the company is it is very accomodating when your flights are changed or cancelled at the last minute. This happened multiple times on my trip and the company simply gave me a new pick up time each time it happened. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable.
